Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (India)

• Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1,999.
• Standard shipping ₹99-₹250 below ₹1,999, calculated at checkout.
• Metro cities: 3-5 business days. Rest of India: 5-7 business days.
• Large format 3D murals: 7-10 business days due to careful handling.

International Shipping

We ship to select countries including USA, UK, UAE, Australia, Singapore and Canada. Rates and timelines are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Customs duties, if any, are payable by the recipient.

Order tracking

Once dispatched you'll receive a carrier tracking number on your Orders page and via email/SMS. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the courier portal.

Delays & exceptions

Festive seasons, weather events and remote pincodes may add 2-3 days to standard timelines. We notify you proactively if a delay is expected.
