Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using srmallrounder.com ("the site") you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order or requesting a quote.

1. Products & pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated.
• We reserve the right to update prices, sizes or finishes without prior notice.
• Product photographs are representative; natural materials (veneers, stone) may show slight variation in grain/colour.

2. Orders

• An order is confirmed only after payment is received and our team acknowledges stock/cutting feasibility.
• Custom-cut, CNC and made-to-measure orders are non-cancellable once production begins.
• We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., pricing error, stock issue) with a full refund.

3. Payment

We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets) and bank transfer for bulk orders. Site visits/installation invoices are payable in milestones as agreed in writing.

4. Shipping & installation

Refer to our Shipping Policy. Installation is offered in select cities; timelines and charges are quoted separately based on site survey.

5. Returns & refunds

Returns are governed by our Return Policy. Refunds for cancelled non-custom orders are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Warranty

• WPC panels & louvers — 10 year warranty against termite & water damage.
• HDHMR boards — 7 year warranty against borer/swelling under normal use.
• Veneers & laminates — 5 year warranty against delamination.
• Warranty excludes damage from improper installation, fire, flood or misuse.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — logos, photographs, product descriptions, project images — is owned by SRM All Rounder. You may not reproduce or republish it without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the invoice value of the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (loss of business, project delays, etc.).

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
